I am getting Married!!! Officially on January 3rd in Bosnia. Can't wait to go!! My friends Josh and Jim are coming with me and my mom and sister will be there as well. Pretty exciting stuff. Bosnia Trip:
Josh and I have been struggling to learn serbian over the past few weeks and we are getting pretty good, JK. We are not so good. lol. But we at least should be able to say "hi" and where is the bathroom with style. Lets hope it gets easier before we goto Bosnia.

Frag the Nation Terms and Conditions Agreement
Frag the Nation is owned and operated by Frag the Nation, a Tennessee company. Frag the Nation hosts computer gaming conferences in various cities across the United States.
This is a legal Agreement between you (Registrant) and Frag the Nation with respect to Frag the Nation. You must accept without modification all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in the Frag the Nation Terms and Conditions Agreement in order to register and participate in a Frag the Nation event. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you cannot register or participate in a Frag the Nation event.
These terms and conditions may be reiterated and amended through the use of posted rules and regulations at the conference. If there are any discrepancies between the rules and regulations posted at the conference and the terms and conditions in this document, the posted rules and regulations will take precedence over the terms and conditions here-in.
I Registration
a. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must sign your registration sheet with you, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement on your behalf. Such parent or legal guardian does this with full knowledge that possible tournament and free-play games may be of a mature-rated level in which mild or graphic violence is portrayed.
b. Registrant agrees to provide a valid picture identification issued by a state governmental agency, a US or foreign passport, or a school identification from an accredited college or university containing a picture. If such identification is not available or the .Registrant. is not of age to possess such identification, his or her parent or legal guardian must be present to produce such ID.
c. Registrant contestants will be required to produce their proper full name, their .Handle. or nickname for gaming, a contact telephone number, an emergency telephone number, and an email address for future notification of all Frag the Nation and Frag the Nation events. If said registrant should wish to opt-out of such mailings, he or she may do so by responding to such mailings and asking to be removed; or by informing the registrar at any Frag the Nation or Frag the Nation event.
d. Registrant agrees that once registered the admission fee will not be refunded for any reason.
e. Frag the Nation reserves the right at all times to disclose any information obtained during registration as Frag the Nation deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental authority request, or to edit, refuse, or remove any information, in whole or in part, at the sole discretion of Frag the Nation.
II Copyright Release
Registrant grants to Frag the Nation and to Sponsors of the Frag the Nation event, a perpetual royalty-free right to the use of his/her name, city and state of residence, video and/or photographs of Registrant, for advertising and publicity purposes, including the right to reproduce, use, disclose, display, exhibit, transmit, create derivative works, and distribute the data and images, obtained of the Registrants while at the Frag the Nation event to others without limitation and to authorize others to do the same.
III Unlawful or Prohibited Activities
a. Registrant contestant agrees, without limitation, to abide by all Frag the Nation Rules and Regulations. Failure to do so will subject Registrant contestant to immediate bar and removal from Frag the Nation events.
b. Registrant contestant agrees to use only in-game menu allowed changes. Custom configuration files are not permitted at Frag the Nation events. Only the following pre-approved custom peripherals are allowed in Frag the Nation competitions: joystick, USB gaming controller, mouse, mousepad, keyboard, and headphones. Frag the Nation has the right to refuse any peripheral in the event of system instability or degraded performance due to installation of peripheral or peripheral driver. THE USE OF SPEAKERS IN A FRAG THE NATION EVENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Headphones and/or headsets may be available for purchase at the registrar.s desk at any event.
c. Flash photography and video lighting are prohibited in the competition areas without prior written permission from the Game Master (GM), registrar, or event coordinator.
d. Consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises of the Frag the Nation events, or its immediate surrounding areas. Prescription drugs must be stored in the original identifying prescription container. Registrant agrees to present any prescription for inspection upon request from a Frag the Nation official. Violations are reported to local and federal law enforcement authorities. Frag the Nation will deny entry to any Registrant who appears to be visibly under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs. The promotion and sale of prescription and/or over-the-counter drugs that can allegedly improve the performance of Registrant contestants are prohibited at Frag the Nation events.
e. Registrant agrees not to participate in any illegal trade of copyrighted software, video, images and music, or engage in any other illegal activity while at the Frag the Nation event or on the Frag the Nation local area network. Viewing or trading of explicit, adult-rated material at a Frag the Nation event is strictly prohibited. Violations are reported to local and federal law enforcement authorities. The use of .in-house. software is licensed and approved by the software maker and should be erased from all storage devices (i.e. hard disks, cd-rws, dvd-rws, etc.) prior to exiting the event facilities.
f. Pre-approved logos and/or brands for sponsors, teams, or other affiliations may be worn on clothing, provided they do not contain vulgar language or vulgar images, are not worn in violation of any existing trademark or represent organizations that are or could be in competition with the Frag the Nation or main Sponsors. Registrant agrees to immediately remove and/or not use or display any logo or corporate brand if requested to do so, at the sole discretion of Frag the Nation, as conveyed by a Frag the Nation official. Registrant agrees not to handout brochures or literature, offer promotions, sell or give products, display sponsor banners or posters and/or engage in any commercial activity at, or in the vicinity of, a Frag the Nation event without prior written consent from the event coordinator or a Frag the Nation official.
g. Registrant agrees not use threatening, profane, vulgar, obscene, lewd, or indecent speech or gestures during the Frag the Nation events.
h. Registrant agrees not to maliciously disparage, discredit, slander, libel or defame the Frag the Nation, Frag the Nation staff, or Sponsors, in any public forum, or format, including but not limited to: websites, IRC, Usenet/Web discussion systems, chat programs, magazines, newsletters, newspapers, radio, videos, documentaries, television, etc.
i. Registrant agrees to voluntary searches of bags, pursues, packages, boxes, backpacks, etc. conducted by Frag the Nation officials, that help preserve a safe and theft-free environment at the Frag the Nation events.
j. Registrant agrees that Frag the Nation may deny entry or affect removal of Registrant if Registrant is determined, at the sole discretion of the Frag the Nation, to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any other applicable Frag the Nation rule or regulation.
IV Limit of Liability
a. Computers, server, monitors, and network equipment for the use of Registrant contestants at a Frag the Nation event are provided for use by Frag the Nation. Registrant agrees to release and hold harmless Frag the Nation and Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns for any equipment malfunction that results in the disqualification or loss of ranking status of Registrant contestant.
b. Game software used at Frag the Nation events is the property of the Game Developer and/or Game Publisher. Registrant agrees to release and hold harmless Game Developer, Game Publisher, Frag the Nation and Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns, for any error, bug or malfunction caused by the game software that results in the disqualification or loss of ranking status of Registrant contestant.
c. Registrant agrees that he/she may bring personal property, including computer equipment and peripherals to the Frag the Nation event at his/her own risk. Frag the Nation will provide a minimal security check in/check out system for the protection of personal property belonging to Registrant (limited to computers, monitors, gaming systems, and/or any other devices at the request of either the Registrant or event registrar); however, this is not a guarantee that personal property will not be lost, stolen or damaged at said event. Registrant agrees to release and hold harmless, Frag the Nation, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns, for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged at a Frag the Nation event.
d. Registrant expressly agrees that he/she will be attending the Frag the Nation event at his/her own risk. Frag the Nation provides no specialized personal security or medical staff for the protection of Registrant. Registrant voluntarily releases, forever discharges, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Frag the Nation, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, or cause of action, which are connected with Registrant's participation at the Frag the Nation event or use of any equipment that may lead to any injury or accident at the event, its surrounding areas, or while traveling to and from the Frag the Nation events, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omission of.
V Modifications to Term and Conditions
Frag the Nation reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which registration and participation in Frag the Nation events is offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms, conditions, rules, and regulations. Registration and participation in Frag the Nation events after any such change shall constitute your consent to such change. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, every Frag the Nation event shall be subject to this Agreement, as modified from time to time.
VI Indemnity Agreement
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire Agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein, You agree to indemnify the Frag the Nation, Frag the Nation employees, Frag the Nation parent company and the Frag the Nation Sponsors for any claims or damages resulting from your failure to abide by these terms and conditions.
